Ginny Doll Collection

It's been some time since the start of my blog and my desire to continue with the 'endeavor'.  My plan is to share my interest with like minded folks.  First I would like to start out my sharing my interest in vintage dolls from the 1950s.  I have been collecting Vogue dolls and accessories for about 17 years.  In the mid 90s I found an online group devoted to collecting Vogue Ginny dolls.  What a wonderful group!  Friendships have formed and lasting memories created because of this online group.  My collection has grown over the years.  In the coming weeks it is my plan is to share photos and details of my collection.

Our servicemen and women stationed in harms way need our support in so many ways. Today at Scrapbook Art they had cards kits available for patrons to make which will be sent to servicemen. These blank cards will be used by them to send home to their loved ones. What a great idea! Where these young people are serving they don't have access to cards. Thank you Geri and Scrapbook Art for a lovely afternoon.
